Maybe they won't screw up the next Rainbow (pffft!)

Mar 30th 2010 7:01PM (Joystiq)As far as the new direction, I'm not sure I like it. While the Mark and Execute feature looks cool, there was no better feeling than getting 100% on the last few levels of Chaos Theory. Automation may reach the masses, but it takes the fun out of being a ninja.
Playing the demo, I didn't like the forced narrative it gave you. In the early games, there was always a way to avoid contact with the enemy, even if it took twice as long and moving like a "grandmother." The early games were great because it forced you to think outside the box of killing everyone in sight.
