Age of Booty Trophy patch comes in February
Jan 21st 2009 6:48PM (Joystiq Playstation)Frankly, I'm excited about this news. I have yet to be able to complete an online match, but that could be because I'm on a crappy connection atm. It's too bad they couldn't fix it while the hype was big for AoB, but hopefully this will be a final necessary patch and more peeps will get into it.
Fanswag: Castlevania Judgment
Jan 20th 2009 3:18PM (Joystiq Nintendo)Castlevania II is still the best of the series, but HoD was a far inferior title to SotN. Don't even try to argue.
Fanswag: Castlevania Judgment
Jan 20th 2009 3:10PM (Joystiq Nintendo)Sadly, I don't even want a copy of Castlevania: Judgement. It looks and sounds terrible. I'd rather have a free copy of Castlevania Chronicles for 5.99. I couldn't resist the chance to tout my favorite in a related forum, though!!
Nintendo: 99% of 2008 industry growth is all us
Jan 20th 2009 12:45PM (Joystiq Nintendo)Wii Warm Up: Is Sega right?
Jan 20th 2009 12:40PM (Joystiq Nintendo)A friend of mine recently proclaimed that he had 'packed up' his wii, which basically consisted of sticking it in a closet. Now, it would probably take 5 minutes, tops, to set it back up and have it immediately on hand. However, that's an additional hurdle that the wii must overcome. The game that causes him to re-institute his wii into the living room rotation will have to be *that* much better, will have to hold *that much more* promise and intrigue.
What I am saying is, the longer Nintendo waits, the harder it is going to be. More of us are going to shelve our consoles in favor of something that actually caters to what we want, a system that has more to offer than crappy fitness program and a series of shoddy mini-games. Good luck SEGA, and Nintendo. You're going to need it.
