@kvn7918 You'd need to edit both posts. It's called dubstep, not dub set.

Counter-Strike: GO gets Arsenal Mode with help from modders

Sep 22nd 2011 1:30PM (Joystiq)
@tehspap You're correct. You usually start out with a pistol, and then slowly move up tier after tier. You start getting more powerful guns, and then you start getting down to the nitty and gritty guns that are hard to kill with towards the end.

Eventually, you'll end up having to get HE Grenade kills, and then the final kill with the knife. So, you don't "exactly" whittle down to pistols, but from what I remember of the mod, it was based upon how hard the guns / weapons are to kill with.

I'd invite Peter Pepper, because I'm sure he would appreciate actually being able to eat food for once, instead of being chased by it.

THQ spinning off another WWE series

Jul 28th 2010 9:43PM (Joystiq)
You know, as much of a rip-off of Twisted Metal that Crush Hour was, it was still a damn fun game. Very under-rated, I honestly wish they would make another one.

I'm also kind of glad they are branching off of SDVR, it's just become the new Madden the past few years. We need more new games, with more new and fresh ideas, like Crush Hour, or even a return to the No Mercy or DoR style wrestling games. The ones that were all about fun, and not about trying to simulate matches.

Also, as big of a wrestling fan that I am, no way in hell will I be buying a new game every six months. There's a thing called DLC, THQ... learn what it is.

Rock Band Weekly: Nickelback

Jun 25th 2010 12:08PM (Joystiq)
Well, one plus, I guess we now have RAW's theme on Rock Band.

You know, something to bring some kind of joy back in this depressing topic, for us wrestling fans. For the rest of you... I am so sorry.

Interview: Capcom's Rey Jimenez on Bionic Commando Rearmed 2

The biggest, and probably only fault of the first game was the fact that there was no online co-op. Who in their right mind, in this day and age, would think to make something ONLY local when it involves co-op? Apparently Fatshark, but please, not that you'll read this, but reconsider, and make it have online co-op. There's really no reason for you to not have it, I'm sure even a fan could code the net-code for you, ala SSFIIHDR.

I've seen some pretty terrible games include online co-op, so why can't a great game such as this incorporate it? I don't get it, and think it's a dumb move on Fatshark's part; but to each his own, I suppose, I'll still buy it for the fantastic single player experience (this interview nulled a lot of my concerns about the game, so also thanks for the interview, Joystiq).
