Disgaea 3 has been out in Japan since like February. Didn't sell too hot either, .11 million according to vgchartz. Probably not bad for the series though, its an obscure niche title, awesome though it may be.

Level 5 doesn't make shooters, they make rpg's :( I really hope its a misquote, and Level 5 is handling it though.

Well, Snake certainly had to have alot of injections in MGS4, and Haze used a similar mechanic with the nectar crap.

Dark Mist is a shooter that just happens to look like old Zelda. Its not an rpg in any meaningful way. I bought it off the jpsn site along with all the snk ps1 games.

At least we have Valkyria Chronicles, Disgaea 3, Fallout 3, and White Knight Chronicles this fall to hold us until FFXIII drops next years. Actually, Disgaea 3 alone would probably be enough to keep you occupied :P

The only question would be if they either let all the songs be downloadable from everywhere, they keep them region locked, or if you can get around it by using your Japan psn account to buy songs off their and have them actually work with your US/Euro game.

Yes. Yes it is. Its already translated and dubbed. The only reason for them not to release it in the US is MS is paying for US exclusivity.

Asian Kung Fu Generation has done a bunch of really good openings (Haruka Kanata is an amazing opening) but I really like the Beat Crusaders even more. Them and the Husking Bee singer made Beck AWESOME.

Grid is kind of a weird game. You can't just dive into it after playing GT5P. It took me like 5 races, but you really do get into it after you get over the learning curve. The Mustang street course was a blast once you get the hang of it.

I own a ps3, it was my friends 360. Really pissed him off too, I'm in Japan and the store on base has crap for selection. We both had to order GTAIV online for our respective consoles. I've barely played it anyways, my friend ended up playing it on my ps3 due to the disc scratching issue, I finally beat Zone of Enders 2! Just realized while playing it where MGS4 got the radar ring from.

I thought the 360 controller felt pretty good on GTAIV. I barely played it though, cause the 360 scratched the d@mn disc.
