Feb 14th 2012 9:49PM (Joystiq)Zynga sued for patent infringement
Feb 14th 2012 12:48AM (Joystiq)I hope Zynga wins. I mean, they are both losing due to lawyer fees, but it sets a nice precedent if that terribly generic sounding patent description doesn't hold up.
Basically, it'll be Zynga paying to take down something bad; they owe the world that much at least.

Feb 14th 2012 12:45AM (Joystiq)Modern Warfare 3 Elite maps locked to one profile on one console
Jan 25th 2012 7:13PM (Joystiq)No, actually it's supposed to work like this. The console the content was originally purchased on can play the content with any account. To play on any other console the profile that purchased it has to be signed in.
As far as I know what I said above is true of pretty much everything outside a glitch here and there. First-hand example; I can play the Borderlands DLCa with an offline account since I purchased those DLCs on my console.

Dec 19th 2011 8:26PM (Joystiq)3 playthroughs myself and didn't notice a single problem this review mentioned. I'm calling bullshit on the whole article. If it does exist, then it is probably only noticeable if you aren't actually playing and are actively looking for things to complain about.
And the Raam parts, sure they are simple, but they are FUN. That's what really matters. Just destroying the COG soldiers en mass with a super powerful unit was my favorite part of the DLC.
