Also the Squier was discontinued after Fender and Best Buy botched the launch hardcore.

I hope Harmonix is paying close attention to Rocksmith, especially if Rock Band 4 is in the pipe.

I didn't, fair enough. Frankly I think the maps a great deal; in Gears 2 the maps packs only had 3 for the same price I think, so it's almost like you get the remakes for free. These retailer-exclusive pre-order goodies need to die die die though.

Ideally I'd like to see maps from older games carry over to the new ones. I realize that would take some extra work on the dev side, but it's not unfair to expect my investment to last.

I'm going to call it 3 maps, since I technically already paid for 2 of them when I bough the previous games.
Overall I'm IMMENSELY satisfied with the value of the season pass. I'm just tired of these pre-order shell games.

Oh, hey, my season pass gets me the same costume I spent several hours on the phone with Best Buy to redeem, which I've used for two whole games.

I think this is the first major JRPG localization I've seen offering the original language audio. Must be the Ghibli pedigree. Hopefully companies like Square-Enix are paying attention...

I don't live in the UK, but how about a regulation that American publishers buying up UK devs actually invest in the longevity of their acquisitions instead of focusing on short-term profits?

007 Blood Stone ended on a shameless cliffhanger and now we'll never see a sequel. This is why the business model of big publishers like Activision and EA makes my blood boil.

I can't help but agree... half the new characters look like they're from Sengoku Basara (but in a bad way). It's been clear since IV and the whole Star Wars thing that Namco has lost sight of everything Soulcalibur represents.
