Final Fantasy aliases used by murdering teens

I'd back Jack Thompson in a crusade against Final Fantasy if that meant that series would go away!

If you're bitching at Sony for "forcing" Blu-Ray onto people, you should have been bitching at them for "forcing" DVDs on people with PS2.

Tony Hawk's Project 8 soundtrack announced

Bad Religion - :D
Gnarls Barkley - :D but that doesn't totally fit in THPS.
Hieroglyphics - :D :D :D :D
Jaylib - R.I.P. J. Dilla.
Kool and the Gang - WTF? That's more confusing than Johnny Cash being in THUG2.
Primus FTW!!!!!! They had the best song in the first game, and American Life is a great song as well.
The Ramones - Good as always.
Slayer - HELL YEAH!!
The Cure - :D :D
Transplants - Chopped and screwed by Paul Wall?

Good lineup, but it doesn't come close to the perfection that was THPS 1, 2, and 3's soundtracks.

PS3: Dual Shake is dead, long live Sixaxis

PS3 doesn't use IR at all, so why make the remote be IR when the console doesn't even have IR? It doesn't make sense.

Yo, Justinq, sorry to burst your bubble, but...

"Yes it is true - we are currently using more than 20 gigs. And yes, we do compress our level data. The fact that we store so much on disc is actually not that surprising when you look at the numbers. Consider that even with compression, each of our “levels” (or loaded areas) has more than 300 megs of unique data. And keep in mind that we’re also streaming data during level playthroughs. It doesn't take too much level data before you've gone past what can be stored on a dual-layer DVD. And between single player and multiplayer we have a lot of level data (over 40 different large loaded areas) – yes, more than will fit on a dual layer DVD. We also include a lot of data in the form of game movies in both HD and PAL formats, high quality audio streams for all supported languages and some of those Insomniac “extras” that our fans have come to expect."

As the kids today like to say, "pwn3d."

"If it wasn't for Sony and their damn proprietery media formats you could have purchased a PS3 a year ago. If only they had gone with DVD instead of Blu-ray. Blu-ray is not needed for video games....sorry Sony Fanboi's! Didn't mean to burst your bubble there!"

Blu-Ray is not proprietary. Sony is not the only company making use of it.

And Blu-Ray is needed for some of the PS3 games that are being developed. In fact, Insomniac said that Resistance will take up 22GB on the Blu-Ray disc, which is, of course, way more than a dual-layer DVD is able to hold. In fact, if they were to put Resistance on DVDs, it would take 2 dual layer discs and a single layer disc to hold all of that information. So, yes, the extra space that Blu-Ray offers is needed for high resolution HD content.

I have not seen it, but it does exist. So, I will not STFU. Sorry.
