I remember once back in the days of cod4 gaming, while making my way through one rather tedious game of domination I spawned, rather unceremoniously, sideways! My feet were pointing (or at least where I assumed my feet were) towards the walls and the axes for movement were flipped in a ridiculous orientation.
One would assume dying in this state would have been all too easy, but I had to spend the rest of the game (all 15 minutes of it) desperately trying to navigate from the corner of the map I was thrown into.

To this day, I'm not really sure if I had fun in that game.

2nd place would have to go to the haunted swingset in GTA4
