@Canvas of Flesh
I was thinking the same exact thing.

Hudson: 'Your feedback has always mattered' in Mass Effect 3, even now

A wonderful example of what happens when developers pretend to pander. It's obvious the entire time, especially when it comes to collecting "valuable feedback" on PC games.

Just like the feedback notes available at grocers, even if some low-wage Joe reads `em, nothing's going to change the outcome of your experience. Just hypes you up for no reason at all.

Mario Party 9 review: Rolling like a boss

Mar 14th 2012 3:15PM (Joystiq)
We finally picked this up last night at my house. Spent a good 6 hours straight on it, too! It's actually a blast. The dynamic of collecting little stars in lieu of coins AND stars is a neat switch-up. I feel like it keeps the PSYCHOTIC-RAGE-YOU-STOLE-MY-LIFE levels down against your friends a bit, too.

And man, Bowser's Reverse Minigame! It's always been a dream of mine~

Oh, if MST3K riff tracked "horror" video games like these...

Yasuhiro Wada waxes nostalgic about Harvest Moon

Mar 10th 2012 5:09PM (Joystiq)
I proudly own almost every Harvest Moon game. The series is amazingly brilliant in terms of both gameplay and game design (going back to even the SNES, the sprites are massively impressive!).

Wada had a genius group to work on this game with, too. And the Rune Factory series is exceedingly brilliant thanks to the innovations Wada and his team made. Cheers to developers with vision~

Controller prototype stretches thumbs for extra feedback

Make me a whole suit outta these!

But I already feel my knees and stomach give away while jumping off the edge when playing Super Mario World. I can't even begin to comprehend the bowl-shattering fear of jumping off a platform while holding one of these... BUT I WANT TO!

Kid Icarus: Uprising has hundreds of AR cards, make space in your binder

@baby sea tuna
Yeah, it doesn't read my phone either. I have an HTC HD2 and looking through the 3DS camera, everything seems fine. No glare but it still just doesn't respond. Reads from my monitor without any issues, though!

Kid Icarus: Uprising has hundreds of AR cards, make space in your binder

Wow. As an illustrator, I can see huge artsy possibilities with these AR cards. But I think I'd rather watch AR card battles quite a bit more. Even better than watching CPU fights! Wow, I say!

There's 'Zero Escape' for 999 fans on 3DS and Vita

Oo, 3DS you say? Can't wait to freak out about near death in 3D.

Oklahoma's tax on violent games killed

I live in Oklahoma. On lake Tenkiller. REPRESENT. Very happy to see this crash and burn, too. So can we take a number out of Representative Fourkiller's name since he lost this? Rep. THREEkiller, please?
