i really dont understand the criticism of the load times.... 1 and a half minutes some ppl are saying for 1 track.... are we playing the same game?!?

I admit, I'm using a 7200rpm drive, but that should make too much of a difference, ive found the beginning load to be the most noticeable but other than that it's alright.

I'll be more excited when I see what exactly is in the works. It was a bad move when they went xbox, it's what destroyed the series in the first place.

REALLY UNHAPPY with the spoiler about the titans, yes there's the demo thing, but it could've been taken as a teaser, or any number of things, u really didnt have to just blurt it out like that in the review ffs.

MGS4 is 50 gigs worth of a full bluray disc, i don't understand y people are talking 30.

MGS4 was not only optimized with the bluray disc, but the processor aswell, yes I have no doubt the 360 could run mgs4, but it would be a poor port, and history has shown ports are shit, not even close to 1:1 performance, just take the audio for one, it couldn't be 7.1 uncompressed. Don't get me wrong, ports go the other way too, 360 ports have been crap on the ps3 for the most part, multiplat only works when each version is started from the ground up.

MGS2 sold terribly on the xbox, and the library of the xbox shows that the fanbase isn't into what makes up mgs4.
IE, smart, thought provoking story. They just want their big testosterone space marine.

yeah, id rather check out the global figures, just the states sales isnt really indicative of the state of the psp...

I completely disagree with a lot of you guys, I only use 1 4 gig, and that's fine for my music AND movies. I not only have 11 umd's, but I have almost a complete backup of my dvd collection which is 150 strong.

Even if I'm going on extended trips, I just tailor what I want to bring with me. Sure, i guess it isn't much space compared to how much music i have on my laptop, which is close to 240gig, but even if i had instant access to 80 gig of it, i still wouldnt be able to listen to all that just about when im on the road.

Add to that remote play on what's on my ps3.

Put all this together WITH game functionality, I only need my psp, not my psp and an ipod, i HATE ipods, overpriced pieces of trash, i hate the buttons, the price tag, everything.

This is wat I expected from firmware 4.0.... That was a real sad one, this sounds promising though. Especially the RSS component for me, i mean come on, it is about time.
