"God of War clone" or not, this game looks fantastic. Dead Space was one of the most polished games I've ever played and one of the best of 2008. I don't see why this can't be any different.

I think it's crap how everyone hates Hasselback because she dares to be on the right side of the political spectrum. It's absolutely appalling that people can't get beyond their political differences. I bet she's the only one on that show that actually plays video games (even if it is a Wii) and you have people here calling for her head.

This hack better not go near Shadow of the Colossus! Doesn't he realize that the "sparse"ness of its story is part of what it makes it such a beautiful experience? It allows the protagonist (gamer or viewer) to determine it for himself. The lack of dialogue in the game also reduces it to its most primal and visceral emotions.

Perfect game. Good luck to anyone trying to capture half the magic on film.

I teach 6 yr olds so I am well aware of their intelligence, but, I am not a parent. As far as Life not being a game for them to be played, I might have to agree that most of it will fly way over their heads.

Logically, you are right, Doreo, but for the most part a child is exposed to the concept of "mommy and daddy" from birth and can at least emulate their limited understanding of marriage. But, I agree, they probably shouldn't play the game to begin with.

Although I am a staunch supporter of gay marriage, I have no problem with this woman's objection to its inclusion in a game that can be played for six-year olds. (Firstly, I think it is a big hypocrisy to be intolerant of opposing viewpoints that we deem intolerant, but I digress...)

The concept of homosexuality is a facet of sexuality (sexual preference, after all) and it's completely understandable for a mother to not want her very young child to be exposed to SEXUALITY in general which, invariably, must be discussed when explaining homosexuality. If this woman still behaves this way when the daughter is sixteen, we have a different problem...

Not that I think this film will be the next Casablanca or anything, but I fail to see how this movie will reach the depths of hell in shittyness based solely on Chun-Li's unflattering attire. Aren't we being a bit hasty here?
