May 24th 2008 1:20AM (Joystiq Playstation)BioShock's not run of the mill in any way. It is, however, dumbed down from its roots for the console gamers. If you play SS1 or SS2 then play BioShock right after, you'll realize what I mean. Both original Shock games are incredibly harder than BS is, and are far more enjoyable. Does that mean BS sucks? Definitely not. For this era it's probably one of the better games we're going to see. Let's just hope the PS3 port will do the Shock name justice and return to the roots that Shock 1 and 2 set forth.
