It's obvious that most people who have commented this have never experienced the raid itself, but what is worse is it seems that the person who wrote the article seems semi oblivious to the raid itself.
"and usually takes hours upon hours of failed attempts before a group finally downs her for the first time."
- Which is not true, many groups first time can easily down onyxia in maybe 2 or 3 attempts, in under an hours worth of time. I have done this with a "Pug", or "Pick up group" before and had the instance cleared in 25 mins.
"The video that you're about to see captures the frustration of the Onyxia experience, showing just how emotional things can get when total party wipe follows total party wipe."
- I doubt you will EVER experience any party EVER who reacts like this on ANY occasion.
- All in all, it's just a funny video... so enjoy it. Don't take this as a serious experience that demonstrates what raids can be like after a wipe. Because that's simply NOT the case. I don't even vote this guy as worst raid leader, his strategy was great... but how he dealt with the wipe was bad. You could run into a lot worse situations, people not knowing how to encounter the boss running it. Atleast this guy knew what to do.
Penalty for being the worst raid leader ever? 50 DKP MINUS! [update 1]
