@Dhexodus uh, that's because Square Enix is the one publishing Modern Warfare 3, not Activision. SE has been publishing COD since MW2, ever since then, COD has topped Japanese game sales when they come out in Japan.

@FriedConsole: I take it that you never watch gory anime like Claymore, Berserk, and When they Cry-Higurashi, right? Did you forget Japan produced some of the goriest movie like Takashi Miike's Ichi the Killer, Tokyo Gore Police, and Machine Girl.

@John Z : I wish Tecmo Koei and Lucaarts could team up and do a Dynasty Warrior: Star Wars (or should I say Samurai Warriors: Star War. It make sense since Jedi are heavily modeled after Samurai). Star Wars is not only a US pop culture, it's also Japan's pop culture also. A game like that could sell really well in US and Japan. Also I come up with some creative Musou attack for character like Luke, Anakin, Darth Vader, Count Dooku, Darth Maul, and other Jedi character. Let's throw in Starkiller and characters from Kinght of the old Republic in the game also.

I heard if the game does well, a sequel will be made. It'll be called Under Siege 2: into the Dark Territory. The difference between this and the sequel is that the sequel will take place in modern time and your CO (commanding officer) who will be name Commander Ryback. I heard Commander Ryback will be voice by Steven Segal.

I hope it's Dragon Age: Origins and Mass Effect 2 getting a Japanese release. I know Mass Effect 1 sold so well in Japan (it even got Xbox Platinum collection in Japan), that the second game deserve a Japanese release anytime soon. Also they have to release Dragon Age: Origins in Japan since we all know Dragon Age is getting a anime, and it's reported that the Dragon Age anime will get a theatrical release in Japan, ANN reported on this.
