Fanswag: Kirby Super Star Ultra

Oct 22nd 2008 12:20PM (Joystiq Nintendo)
I love the wrestler form, where Kirby can piledrive enemies.

Moviefone Picks the Top 25 Animated Movies

Jun 2nd 2008 1:26PM (Cinematical)
this is a pretty good list.
Bonus points for including geek-favorites like "The Nightmare Before Christmas", "The Iron Giant", "Princess Mononoke" and "Spirited Away".
My only beef is the inclusion of "The Jungle Book". There are certainly others that are more worthy. My Suggestion: "The Prince of Egypt".

It's an American-conceived, written and recorded production from Nickelodeon. However, it's ANIMATED by a few South Korean studios, who are famous for anime.

DS Fanswag: End of the Year Blowout!

I've got an Onyx lite (in my pocket right now) and a Phat for my 5-year-old.

Fanswag: Win a copy of Super Mario Galaxy

Nov 12th 2007 10:00AM (Joystiq Nintendo)
My favorite level in a Merio Game is the "Underwhere" in Super Paper Mario: Where game characters go when they lose their last life. It is absolutely hilarious!
There were all sorts of jokes about where you'd go if you died there, and the disembodied hands in the river twygz were creepy.
My favorite part is when my 5-year-old son "got" the pun in the name of that level. He was laughing for hours!

Virtually Overlooked: Athena

Jul 26th 2007 7:50PM (Joystiq Nintendo)
Athena has got to be one of the worst NES games I've ever played. Nigh uncontrollable.

Wii Warm Up: Weapon of choice

May 7th 2007 12:12PM (Joystiq Nintendo)
Regarding the question: Might Nintendo plan on re-launching the Wavebird?
I don't think so, considering many stores (Toys R Us, Target, perhaps more) have been clearing them out like crazy. I think the Wavebird (at least as we know it) is nearing the end of its life.

WRUP: More puzzles than you can solve edition

Apr 20th 2007 6:23PM (Joystiq Nintendo)
Funny you should mention Puzzle Games, I just go my hands on an import of Nintendo Puzzle Collection. This game owns my soul, especially the 4-player Panel de Pon (aka, Tetris Attack, Puzzle League).
