@ 9.

EXACTLY. Which is why I'm going to buy a Wii at launch, and after a year, after all the developers for PS3 know what they're doing, i'll get a PS3

Ubisoft finds speaker on Wiimote

Jul 25th 2006 2:04AM (Joystiq Nintendo)
Plus, not to mention the Mic and Speaker went through a lot of debate as to include or not and eventually decided to put the speaker in even though it would increase development costs because of the fact that the sound would increase the immersion along with the rumble. Immersion being the wiimote's aspect that lets the player feels he's actually doing the action.

(I really can't find an article, but it's there somewhere. Maybe the one on IGN where Mr M talks bout the Wii a whole lot on nothing in particular)

Lol, half human half cyborg. Cyborg = half human half robot

Therefore, he's 3/4 human, and only 1/4 robot.

What a pussy... :P

Wii supporting Wavebirds out of the box?

Jul 13th 2006 4:43PM (Joystiq Nintendo)
The reason we're speculating, is because it doesn't say "Compatible with gamecube controllers"

It says "compatibility with WAVEBIRD" Assuming the People at Nintendo are smart, why would they use wavebird instead of just gamecube controllers if there wasn't something deeper going on?

Wii supporting Wavebirds out of the box?

Wow, so many people ARE completely missing the point.

The point is, as many other people have pointed out, that you dont' need to plug the Wavebird Receiver in, and that its built into the Wii itself. While that would be pretty cool, I doubt that will happen. Mainly because of that frequency disruption thing that other guy was talking about. Either way, I like the normal controller anyways. The lack of rumble really REALLY turns me off.

Ubisoft loves Nintendo, RTS on the way

Ho, crap.

Heroes on DS? that would be wicked sweet! although I can't think of an actual use for the touch screen other then to use the stylus as mouse, it would be awesome. Heroes is a fairly simple game tbh, and could work just as well as Settlers could. No... even better. The top could be used to display info and bottom as the actual screen.

Slight alterations to the Wii controller

Is that comparison of the pen and the sensor bar, ACTUAL SIZE?!

If so, wow, just wow Nintendo.

American Muscle? Eww. On Underground 2, I had a Civic, Celica, and a RSX I think, and I rocked ass with it.

I never really got too interested into Most wanted, mostly because lack of customization and the fact that my TV was tiny, so that took away a lot of the experience I had with NFSU2 on my PC.
