Yeah I played Shogun back in the day when it first came out and I still occasionally do a campaign in Empire: Total War every now and then, great strategy series imo.

This game does look pretty epic, but I guarantee you its not set in the same universe/world as Xenogears, I don't remember running around on 2 giant creatures in Xenogears (the 2 giants fighting at the beginning of the trailer are gods I think and the whole game takes place on top of them as they are the size of worlds)....also I saw no references to anything from Xenogears in the trailer including no mech fighting which was prevalent in both Xenogears and Xenosaga. Just because it has the name Xeno in the title does not make it part of the Xenogears/Xenosaga universe. Either way I'm definitely planning on checking this game out when it hits the US, whenever that happens.

I wonder how they'll do the Pains, wether they'll have all 6 as playable characters or what...should be interesting regardless....I just can't wait to kick some ass online with Killer-Bee...and if they have Killer-Bee then they have to have Akatsuki Sasuke which would be cool. This game is going to kick so much ass.

If at least one of the Pains and Killer-Bee is playable day one purchase for me for sure.

I never found bioshock to be that scary of a game, but I'm kind of desensitized to horror in video games after playing through all the fatal frames. However, Bioshock is definitely the shit, one of my favorite first person games this generation. I'm glad they made the changes they did to the story because somehow I don't think the game would have been nearly as good with the proposed plot that is posted above.

I actually got bored with the single player after a few hours of play, however its the free roam multiplayer thats kept me hooked the past few days. It really is alot of fun to posse up and terrorize the land and the other players in it, plus the gang hideout raids are pretty entertaining, though there aren't enough of them imo.

The combat looks kind of stiff and awkward from the gameplay videos I've seen, but the platforming looks great as to be expected from a PoP game....however I think I'll stick with Alan Wake and Red Dead Redemption this week, I'll give this one a rent at some point.

LOL nope, not that I know of at least....was just throwing the name out there, crucial group though. I actually voted for Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin Rock Band as those are 2 of my favorite bands.
