i would like to see Compressor rewritten - my workplace has switched to using MPEG StreamClip for encoding files because it doesn't take 30 sec/1 minute of footage to load into Compressor's batch window.

I don't watch a lot of tv- but from what I have seen, there are a lot less droid ads since the iPhone came to verizon.

no doubt. fandroids and haters cling to these stats only to protect their belief that it's a better experience than iOS. the iPhone sales numbers are still high after all these years and they have no idea why people keep coming back.

@Rob - this game was made specifically for Nintendo DS - the original i don't believe came out on NES. doesn't contradict your comment, but whatever.

I think it makes sense - you can only buy a 2G or 3G on eBay at this point. The advertisements are for new buyers.

@Gzee - yeah all we have to do is wait till Chair develops infinity blade for the Xoom and we'll have a fair comparison.

Yeah - I always Think about that when android users tout their "superior maps application"

I also wonder if tom-tom and navigon would avoid developing an android app because of the Google navigation app.

@Toby - remember that the iPhone didn't launch with the App Store. it took a year for the App store to launch. remember the web apps?

@AAG - how long did it take for plants v. zombies to come out on android? how long will it take for Rage or Infinity Sword? the Android Marketplace is a mess and people barely buy apps on it. why exactly do you think android is a quality app store?

Your argument that a netbook can do everything an iPad can do is a year late.

I have a MacBook Pro. the iPad doesn't TRY to replace it, it's a totally different device. and i only sync the iPad to move large 500MB+ files, which isn't very often.

You've gotta let go the idea that the iPad is a replacement for a computer. it's not. It's more like a 'true' mobile computing experience.
