It's been awhile, but I remember seeing a lot of posts on forums that it was like $5 or $10 new at Gamestops.

If you're into Wizardry/Bard's Tale style games Atlus published The Dark Spire for DS which is a *lot* like those games.

Also it has wireframe mode.

Crap, I should've stuck to one comment. Sorry about that Rick :)

Bethesda vs. Mojang: 'Scrolls' case going to court

Right and that's the problem. They're getting mad at Bethesda, not at the laws themselves that cause the problem in the first place.

If Bethesda doesn't do this then down the road someone could release a game called The Elder Scroll. Know what happens if they don't do this now? When they go to court then they'll have a track record of not defending their trademark and may very well lose it.

The problem *is* the Trademark laws that are senseless, not Bethesda.

Lynda Carter must be closing in on a record for most misc npcs voiced in a game series.

Still don't get the fuss over Patrick Stewart in TES IV, Sean Bean stole the show in Oblivion.

Also I don't know why I can't spell Bethesda now :)

To elaborate before I get flamed; what I'm saying is you can't blame Bethesday for doing what they have to do under the current laws. If this kind of thing really bothers you don't waste your time posting comments about "poor Mojang" and "evil Bethesday." Work to have the laws changed so companies aren't forced to do this kind of thing lest they eventually lose *all* claims to the entire name.

So nobody on here is aware this is a fairly standard practice in regards to US trademark law and it essentially boils down to "use it or lose it" then?

I'll probably get downvoted but people need to not take this stuff so damn personal. It's business as usual in this day and age. People need to realise that, including Notch.

Quite true. I started playing just over a year ago when F2P launched and haven't found myself at a loss of things to do. It's quite enjoyable to read along with the storylines for the Epics & the sidequests; they tie together nicely.

Tretton talks up need for 'cutting edge' tech, MS and Nintendo falling behind

@Shockwave The point of my comment was the fact he's going on about sustainable technology that will last the long run. The fact they never anticipated such things for their online infrastructure is, in my opion, short-sighted and a failure at making sustainable technology.
