Ok, so Soul of Devil Jin was created using the character creation tool but it doesn't look like any of the other characters fighting styles. So, based on this it seems that there are fighting styles exclusive to custom characters. This is the first I've heard of it and it's something I feel would be pretty sweet. I wonder if this means that the styles of characters, such as Yun-Seong, Talim, Amy and other characters omitted from this line-up, will make an appearance in the game after all.
@HayabusaTaichou In the character creation you can make alternate outfits for each character, maybe that's what they did here: just change the colour a little rather than reveal the alt costume.
@Gmail Calendar Rep It seems like that stage has no limits, that is it has no walls or ring edges, so as you move outwards the background remains the same distance away; always unreachable. It looks a bit weird but it is nice that they included a stage like that.
@Lpcrispo From what I know it will be like IV, i.e. no team battle, time attach, survival etc. It's a shame, I really enjoyed team battles with friends.
@rowd149 Hear, Hear. I spent countless hours with friends playing that game. We used to play 8 Vs 8 Team Battles and choose the stage covered in ice, we'd all end up just slipping off the stage, great fun. I hope they've included team battle in V but I doubt it. Link was a great addition to the game, to metnion him and the virtually unhittable, game-breaking yoda in the same senctence is a disgrace, for shame Kat :P
@Playace Sounds like you'd be better off playing a totally different game. Soul Calibur's previous foray into the third-person perspective action genre(Legends) was an unmitigated disaster. What's important is they nail the combat rather than waste time and resources on a pointless hub world.
@Kamizar Goddam Rock's ground throws, hate that guy. I hope Yun-Seong makes it, Cervantes will obviously be in there, I'm sure Yoshi will make it too. Zas, not so sure.
