Yes it is in-game and the reason for the physics I believe lies in this statement.

Eh, this does not say much. Most stores(including online) order less PS3 versions then do 360 versions(yes, I know from experience). We don't know how many PS3 versions they ordered but my guess is it was probably less then the 360 counterpart.

This guy is a little misinformed. Fable II won best rpg/best of show and best 360 game from Gamespot..i'd consider that an award.

You can't choose the breed Shaq, the dog is tied into the game. However! Depending on how you act, your dog morphs to suit your character. So, if you're an evil S.O.B, your dog will look just as intimidating.
