For the last time, the "freedom of speech" provisions of the Constitution refer to the GOVERNMENT limiting free speech. You can say whatever you want, and the government can't stop you.

If you wave a swastika around and yell out hate speech, the people who beat the crap out of you aren't going to jail for violating your first amendment rights. They're going to jail for assault.
