yeah, i'm not sure why maxis is presenting this as a new thing. as was mentioned, you could be a vampire and turn others into vampires in a sims 2 e.p. i killed a vamp sim of myself by leaving it in the sun for days while i watched it piss itself over and over again.

i got wii fit the day it came out. i started out strong, using it daily. i then waned quite a bit over the late summer and fall, eventually stopping completely. over the past couple of weeks i have picked it back up again. i recently got the gold, or whatever, fit credit bank for completing 10 hours.

i don't buy that much along the lines of VC anymore. i bought quite a few of what i deem to be the classics quite some time ago. i do buy quite a bit of wiiware, though. probably too much. i bought cubello, absolutely LOVE it. then bought orbient and rotohex. orbient is kinda cool--rotohex i just can't get unfortunately. i mean, i understand what i'm supposed to do, but i just can't do it. (>_

i got 4000 points for christmas. i already had about 1200 before i got those, which i bought art style orbient and rotohex w/, now i have 4000 left over still. i might eventually buy world of goo and other than that, just waiting for whatever's down the pipe to use them. hoping for more art style games!

i was extremely into the GC version and also loved the ds version for quite awhile, but it just looks like not enough has changed here. i still have a soft spot for AC, but i have a feeling it's just going to be too similar to warrant me purchasing it. i have it in my gamefly queue, though.

i'm not familiar w/ the books and i only really got into vampire stuff w/ moonlight (although lost boys was a staple of my childhood). i really enjoyed this show.

i read some stuff about the extreme graphic nature of the show before hand and was ready to maybe not be ok w/ seeing excessive sex and violence, but it wasn't too bad. not overly excessive so far.

love anna paquin, and think she was great. liked her friend tara a lot and the line she had to the woman about needing an excuse to wear her ugly-ass clothes. can't wait for next week!

i feel the same way about this, allison. i can't believe it. i can see remaking some movies where modern technology would be beneficial, but i don't see any way that rocky horror can be improved upon. no one that they would cast now would be able to touch the performances of the originals! anyone who thinks they can fill the shoes of tim curry, in particular, should be slapped repeatedly.

i've heard nothing but good things about this show. would love to see it.
