You are both incorrect. THPS 3 was by far the best of the series.

Smoother game play, Better graphics, More tricks, Better levels and much better music.

But all of them from 1 to the first Underground were great games and I wasted a ton of time playing all of them. It's too bad they had to kill it by adding too much garbage that just wasn't fun.

This sums it up very well. I like a great short game but I wouldn't want to buy it for full price, that's why I pretty much just rent games now, I get sick of all but a very few after less the the week I have the game.

The few exceptions are the 80 hour games that I just play over and over, I wouldn't hesitate the price on a game like that.

I have to say this is the least excited I've even been for a C&C game, the whole movable bases and how one building is your War Factory, Barracks and Construction Yard really turns me off. One of my favorite parts of the old C&C's was making my bases.
