I also think it's a good thing. Just like most R-rated movies, M-rated games don't sell as much (usually) since the audience is smaller.

you wouldn't wanna use it all the time, like for instance, a rocket launcher might not be the most useful weapon to have rapid-fire on. besides, won't you run out of ammo really fast? so there would be problems with it for the conduit

I think game companies would lose money without rentals since people would be less willing to go out and buy a $50 game they're not sure about. rentals allow someone to experiment with a game, and then if they like it (unless they beat it in one weekend which means the game is too short anyways) they will go out and get their own copy

I'd be too scared to try doing this to my wiimote, but it looks awesome
