Check out the Documentary "Race to World First". There are interviews with the top guilds, one of them I forget which said when they are in progression they raid Sunday-Thursday 5pm-10pm. So it is a 3/4 time job along with whatever they do in the real world.

I look at it more like people managed to dedicate 12 hours to a game during a holiday weekend. I don't know about others here but I put in pretty close to that 12 hour mark and I had to fit that in with all day visit to moms for dinner on Thanksgiving. A all day trip to cut down the family Christmas tree Friday. A bar crawl with friends back in town to visit Saturday, hangovers and Football Sunday.

@Zapwidget - I believe non-standard characters were always against TOS for naming, but it requires opening a ticket with a GM to do anything about it. Frankly I don't have the time, nor desire to go around and report people for naming conventions. But I could be wrong so don't take my word as gospel.

Really? Outland? I find outland goes almost as fast as any 10 levels (not the first 10 obviously) 1-60. Hellfire, zangermarsh and a bit of any 3rd zone you want to do and it is off to Northrend. My rogue died in Northrend because it seemed so long from 70-71.

By far my favorite thing..."North American realms (excluding Brazilian, Latin American, and Oceanic realms) no longer permit letters with accents in character or guild names. Existing character and guild names with special characters will be unaffected by this change."

Would be happy if they forced everyone with dumb characters in their names to change them.

I'd still like to see blizz implement a all in one bag and auto sorting feature similar to add ons like arcinventory.

@Puntable - You can put the sentry Totem much farther out than the longest Camera setting. It sounds useless but trust me it makes (or made) for group photo opportunities.

I know this is a bit late, but in response to Brasson. I have always argued there was a very excellent use for Sentry Totem. After a guild first boss kill, you drop it a goodly distance from the boss, and get a screen shot of the whole guild from the Sentry Totem's view.
