Before I start let me preface: I love playing my pally, I am unhappy with certain aspects. But I do not want to play another class. I want my class fixed. Anyone who says play another class can please, diaf.

Not to be too much of a jerk about it.. and you guys can downrank me all you want, but I want to point out a few things. almost all these abilities you mentioned for ret are toned down or just lame versions of other classes abilities.

Eye for an Eye - 40% chance to hit caster with 30% damage, not reflected.. not worth the talent points.

Improved Judgment and Long Arm of the Law - too slow and based on a damaging ability. This is a pathetic gap closer. doesn't break snares, so if you're already snared, it does nothing. hit a frost mage with it and see what happens.

Seal of Justice - absolutely, completely, useless. It limits the target to 100% run speed. while other classes get 50-60% reduction(maybe more);

Pursuit of Justice and Art of War, good talents, I wish AOW still had the heal but I'm fine with it.

Divine Storm - useless in pvp and pve. Right now anyway.

rebuke - much needed interrupt/silence, not incredibly useful with the melee range requirement, at least give us glyph of rebuke to increase the range when we're being endlessly kited around.

Sanctified Wrath - this is a crutch for ret pvp right now. It's too easy to dispel or steal wings and while the damage is nice, the 2 min cool down isnt. we need more baseline damage, not god mode(against low resil players who arent dispelling) for 20 seconds every 2 mins.


Repentance - Same as always. ret version of sap... that we can't spam.

Acts of Sacrifice - good talent once we get the cleanse.

Selfless Healer another useless talent, If I have the holy power to spare, its going to be for healing myself, If not healing, I am doing damage with it. That's my job.

Ret's need at least some dispel protection for our long cd signature abilities. The link between hammer of wrath and avenging wrath needs to go away. It makes the low resilience baddies cry, and is pathetic against high resilience targets.

I am doing pretty well against most players in bg's right now. But thats bg's. I will get steamrolled in arena with my current tool set. I bring nothing to arena or rated bg's that holy or prot doesn't already have. and they get much better healing and better mitigation respectively. Oh wait. I get an easily dispelled Iwin button that is making people cry rivers of tears and is already being nerfed.

Blizz needs to stop balancing our class and specs around 1 or two signature moves, if they are worried about making a talent or abilities too powerful for holy or prot, put it 3rd tier or lower. problem solved. No more crutches please.

here's a solution so easy i cant believe they havent done it: heard of dual spec? give them a third optional pvp only spec then they can go nuts on nerfing and balancing pvp without affecting most of the non pvp game. Want the games to last longer? cut all damage by 1/2 or 2/3... whatever. these are things other mmo's have been doing for years.

I don't need to know about sampling techniques, its simple logic. As others have said, people pissed off tend to respond to these surveys more often than those that aren't having any problems. you do realize that 5000 is an insanely small amount compared to the reported 30 million sold. even if half of that 30 million is replacements, its still a tiny sampling. Just to be clear I own 2 360's, a PS3 and a wii, I've played 2 games on the ps3, mgs4 and infamous. both great games. the wii is sitting in a closet collecting dust. I've killed 2 360's so far,and ill buy more if I need to. but I dont blame ms, I play the sh*t out of it when there are good games out.

wow.. so many perfect people here, you've never wasted your time doing something trivial? I've played plenty of games where they are bagging on Christianity or just religion in general and no one complains about that. Even if it was justified. If someone had actually said something offensive then maybe id understand.

In this case its a few lyrics in a song written by a muslim. Yeah I know the arguments, somehow its making fun the qor'an if its in song format. Well that rule only applies to muslims not the entire planet. But because islam has these extremist nut jobs(Before anyone else says it, yes, it might happen in the other religions but not nearly as much.) that murder people for drawing cartoons, I can see why Sony was falling all over themselves to fix it even before anyone had any complaints at all.

If I even buy this game im not going to let the ps3 update. I doubt I will though. And before everyone gets all up in arms, call me racist or whatever if you want, I don't really care because its got nothing to do with it.

I am still waiting for fallout 3 because this isn't it, like everyone else is saying, its oblivion with guns.
