Sure, but if you want to post it in any given forum, or MySpace... you'll hit a roadblack, since neither support IFrames.
Since it renders the card simply as an image file (It's actually a PNG.. 'jpg' is just there because 'the masses' are more used to it), more doors to sharing the card are open.
Also, as of this particular writing, our host is upgrading our RAM... cute timing of the post, though I certainly appreciate it. :)
Yeah, HFS went to commercial break about noon on a Wednesday..... came back to Spanish music.
People thought it was a joke for the longest time
... until it continued to play.
It's semi-back on station 105.7, which plays Howard Stern in the morning, Big O and Dukes (You might remember them) mid-day, Don & Mike in the afternoon, and then finally regualar HFS fare in the evenings, and weekends.
And no, TSJ sucked, Hector. ;)
Yeah, I was listening to him when I was driving around on launch day. It's funny, because he kinda acted like half the people in the lines:
"I have no friggin idea what this is, BUT I WANT ONE"
Seems MS' ad campaign worked far better than they'd have hoped.
Besides, it was already friggin RAINING, I don't see how anyone could have gotten all that mad about getting wet.
I don't see how tying at least -part- of the GamerScore to Marketplace Points would 'alienate casual gamers'. Hell, just like Rjcc said, it's not like you couldn't earn tons of points in sports titles (What the 'casual' players play most often, I'd have to imagine).
And I'm talking like 10% of the GamerPoints.. so if I have 1500 GamerPoints, I can get one of those stupid GamerPicture packs.. Where's the problem in rewarding those who buy 20+ games a year?
Best: COD2 (8.5 / 10)
Runner up: PD0 (8 / 10)
Worst: Ridge Racer 6 (4 / 10)
Runner up: PGR3 - (7/10)
The only problem I have with COD2 is that it's a $60 game with NO FRIGGIN DEDICATED SERVERS. How shortsighted do you really need to be? Online play is very difficult to deal with if you didn't start the game yourself (therefore being the host). On the same token, how could they even begin to think about ranking games on some 'TrueSkill' system, using someone's home broadband connection??? Maybe it takes a 'real man' to capture the enemy flag with 400 ping, but you can't evaluate someone's skill that way.
It had to lose an additional half-point for that shortsightedness.
PD0 is okay. It's sometimes not clear what you should be doing next. Also, it seems to take two shots in the head, or a shot in the head and two or three in the body to take people down.
Ridge Racer 6 is not worth the polycarbonate it's printed on. While the cars are nice-looking, and the graphics sharp, why is it you stutter around a missed turn? Are we going back to the days of old where car manufactures refused to license their cars if they were to take visual damage?
What's with the sliding/drifting in PGR3? It's unlike any game I've ever experienced, and not in a good way.
Again, very 'pretty'. Not much else, and not deserving of its hype.
My GamerTag is Morgon.
You can see my GamerCard at http://card.mygamercard.net/Morgon.jpg (also in Flash as well, if you replace the jpg with swf)
If any of you guys and gals visit various forums which do not allow you to use the Microsoft HTML iframe, you can use our JPG (PNG, to be honest) or Flash GamerCards to stick on your signature or avatar.
We also have GamerPoint leaderboards; global, and by zone. I wanted to wait to spread the word on this site (I had some VERY in-depth gamercard info listed, but Microsoft asked me to tone it down until after launch traffic dies down a bit) .... however, this post fit the bill. I'll let Xbox360fanboy.com know the moment it's on 'full-blown' mode. lol

Tucker:
You must have missed it. That Amazon bundle game with the Xbox Premium, Eight Games, an additional Wireless controller with Play'N Charge kit and battery, and a faceplate.
True, you may not want eight games, but I didn't technically pay any more for the system itself as you were implying.
