Dec 21st 2011 12:51PM (Joystiq)Please describe the circumstances of the error: it all started ago from yesterday. I wanted to play mw3 with my friend cause we played the night previously. Tried to sign on got a could not connect to xbl message. Checked all of my equipment and tried again. Still no luck. I tried the trouble shooter on the 360 and it gave everything the good to go. Tried again, no luck. Taled to Custer support for a few hours and nothing, in the middle of all of the chatting with customer support they told me to delete my profile, so I did. Now I can't retrieve my profile. Play with my saved games or go onto xbl. 8 days and no real word from Microsoft. This is pathetic.

All I want to do is play my games.
