All this techno babble really doesn't matter. If the PS3 has a user base, developers will support it. From a technical standpoint, the PS2 was the hardest to develop for, but it still dominated.

The same thing could easily happen for the PS3, although I personally believe the field will be slightly more evenly split this time around.

Seriously though, I've already got my 360. Only the Wii remains.

I always thought I would eventually buckle down and get a PS2, but it's never happened. If Virtua Fighter 4 couldn't do it, I guess nothing will. So, I doubt any one game will convince me to get a PS3.

What disturbs me is how more and more, Sony distances the PS3 away from its primary gaming function. Phil Harrison says it will replace your web browser, your movie player, your toaster, etc. No wonder their PR person jumped ship.

What about the games? That's what I want to know.

Then again, it's all kind of a moot point for me, because I won't be buying one for a long time, if ever.

I've been enjoying Tommy's work for some time. Earthworm Jim has a very memorable soundtrack.

He may be a decent composer, but video game connoisseur he is not.

It would be interesting if the Dreamcast were suddenly resurrected by jaded gamers.

I want in. By some wierd twist of fate I sold all my DC games on 9/9/05, six years to the day after the DC launch.

It got me some money towards my 360, but I still feel like I made a mistake.

There will be more new characters I'm sure. Melee had a ton of new secret characters that weren't revealed to the public.
