I wish this site would differentiate between patents and patent applications. By claiming this is a "patent" Engadget is purposely being dishonest or it's more likely that the writer is too stupid to know the difference.
You'd think the "journalist/editor" would know the difference between a patent application and a granted patent... But then again, I just might be giving them a little too much credit.
