Wonkette is a very popular blog about politics. It does not normally publish about Second Life or Games. They do however get about 75,000 hits a day, so we should worry about what they have to say about Second Life.

That is what I gather. It might be more of an advergame even, but it seems like Virtual World is out.

Rik, I agree. Connecting to the outside world is awesome. I think this is going to be similar to what IMVU can do now only with a useful virtual world behind it. Although I may be selling IMVU short because I haven't used it.

Also, I would really like to be able to just drag and drop files on other users too, just like I can do with AIM. Forget emailing a message just go up to someone in a virtual world and hand them the document.

That one guy has a Link Av, how cool is that. Also, I miss Indiana. Way to hold down the fort Intellagirl.

Just to be clear I didn't mean to insult Anche at all. I also don't want to take anything away from her, anything she has done, or any coverage she has had. Honestly I don't know her and wouldn't be able to make a very informed insult about her. I was trying to make the point that I just like seeing more diverse coverage of Second Life.
