Veg, I think you're going to find yourself in the minority in supporting BUGGY games and BOTCHED releases. Did you even read the fucking article? I don't think anyone has an issue with the service. It's the fact that the games are being released with KNOWN ISSUES. People are understandably upset that MS is not spending the time to fix these issues but is instead rushing to put another bullet-point on the XBL memo.

Far be it from MS to actually wait until things are running smoothly before launching a new product...

I completely agree with you. I'm curious to see how EA botch the DLC...you know they will. Rock Band has been off my list for a while, especially when they announced no XBL co-op.

I believe the 3 year MS warranty is only on the RROD. If something else goes wrong, MS will fix it for a price.
