I use the Marble Mouse (first one linked; ambidextrous with the ball dead center) and have never had a problem with it aside from the lack of a scroll wheel. I do decently well in shooters, including twitch ones like UT2004, and even shoot 'em ups that use the mouse like Beat Hazard.

You're right in that it's all muscle memory as I've been using it for more than a decade now and I don't give it a second thought, considering that I use a normal mouse at work and the only difference I ever think about is the scroll wheel. As a side benefit, having a trackball is a great deterrent to anyone else attempting to use my computer.

Fun fact: more than 10% of that total came from Desert Bus alone ($383k).

I absolutely love my Marble Mouse; I only wish it had a scroll wheel, don't particularly need more buttons (though I wouldn't object, I suppose).

It's basically a refined version of the D&D 3.5 rules, but for a lot of people that's exactly what they want (as opposed to 4th edition, which changed too much for some).

I distinctly remember ordering The Sims 2 from JC Penney when it came out because it was significantly cheaper there.

It doesn't make any sense for him to do so. He just had 10/25 humanoids wailing on his plates; why would he change to something squishy?

Looks like a combination of Wily (hair style), Leela (color), and Farnworth (mad professor).

I think for $4500 I could get an entire home network set up (desktop, laptop, server, HTPC, and probably even a TV included). Maybe not quite as pretty as your laptop, but good enough to stay out of the fire on the screen of your choice.

Question for the Queue:

If you freeze experience gain, do you still gain reputation (specifically, from mobs in dungeon runs)? If so, is there an optimal level/random dungeon for grinding your faction, or would it just be easier to wait until you're high enough to AOE clear a place on your own?

I normally like questing for rep, but I'm planning on switching between multiple characters and it can get tedious, so some mindless dungeon runs would be nice to break it up.

I've been tracking prices for weeks so I know how they fluctuate. AHSpy helps with graphs too.
