an hdd and second analog are kind of out of the question though an hdd has moving parts and would suck the battery life. A second analog probably wouldn't work because it would make any games that use it not compatible with older models unless they make 2 versions of the same game which would just cause confusion.
even though homebrew brings some harmless goodies the amount of piracy cfw allows is ridiculous and its a little mean to want sony to fail at preventing that unless you really do want no 3rd party support.
i guess bluray will be a failure too then i know its not sonys format but they sure have put alot of support behind it.
