DICE planning Mirror's Edge as a trilogy

I don't understand why they have to let it know there will be a trilogy. Nintendo never said they were gonna make 114 different Mario's. Whatever happen to when you would just be surprised to see a sequel.

Anyway I'm very excited about this game, but I probably won't buy it till after the new year though. Too many good games coming to soon.

the vats are available at anytime in the game. if you do not wish to use it you don't have to. you can simply play it as a first person shooter. you cant watch the vats in first person. but you do have the option to play the game in first or third person view. domonation.com

Gears novel gets name, author and release change

I think the story in the game wasn't bad at all. Simple, and easy to follow for the massives that would buy the game. This strange planet is trying to be taken by this beast (The Locust Horde) and these soldiers (Cog) are just trying to save their planet. Sounds like something I've seen before...Oh yeah Independence Day, and Independence Day was a great story. Hit in the box office. Hopefully and I'm quite positive that this book will be good and informative.
