Also, that sucks, but it's not a terrible issue since I don't know that many people who touch their phones with one hand while lying it on a surface in this way.

Haven't commented in a while, but I have to say congratulations Engadget, on a wonderful victory. Definitely a deserved award, and I am very very happy for you.

It's just a shame this took so long to come out. If it had been around since the beginning, when it should have been, I would still be playing this game.

But since I've been looking forward to it so eagerly since so early on, I've completely lost interest in LBP. And as a result, I'm afraid to say, I doubt this patch will really renew my positive spirits about it.

Lesson to learn: Don't pretend you'll be able to create games online with your friends a year before you'll actually be able to do it. Surprise people with free content and they'll be happy. Include a feature in your game's list that doesn't work, and people will be unhappy for a long time. (Play,Create,Share levels shouldn't even be on the screen if they don't work, and Online Create is a really important feature to me)

I hope everyone does enjoy it though. I'll try to pick it back up because the game could have been a lot of fun...I'm just really disappointed about it, in general, and I'm afraid that might not fade so easily...

Yea, as much as I WISH the Borderlands one would win, the Monkey Island one is ahead of it in terms of "polish" and the WoW one is...well, it's all kinds of WOW!

You're on. With the number of people who will support open source, I doubt it's going to die that easily. Between people who appreciate open source, and people who are starting to look at open source as "trendy" (remember when Apple's little white iPod started to become "trendy"?) I imagine this thing will sell pretty well...
