hmmm.... i know a music game that has all the features that you want to add to gh5. and i agree almost all those things annoy me in ghwt (as well as no menu "quick search" like in RB).
I have GHWT and RB and i just had 8 people over to play both of them this weekend and none of us wished for a drop in drop out feature... and after seeing it i still don't.
