@Kanjimari The problem is that he's a terrible main character. As lame as Tidus was, at least his exploits were the focus of the storyline. Vaan felt like someone along for the ride and hence, completely worthless. Couple that with the fact that he's a pretty bad character in general and there you go.

Also, it didn't help him that Basch and Balthier were so damn cool.

And I loved the hell out of Brutal Legend too.

Of course what happened was Activision bitched about that game getting released after they ditched it and then said WE WANT THAT DEMOGRAPHIC'S MONEY.

Split Second is easily better.

I am so wildly excited for this game.

It's actually different from DOTA and HoN in a lot of ways. No farming. It's more like WoW arena with all aimed spells. It's neat and definitely worth a try.

I will be buying the first game these two make purely out of respect. Glad to see that they've escaped Activision's evil clutches.

Also, I'm never buying an Activision game ever again.

How is this a rumor? This has been confirmed since the official announcement of the game.

Either way, I'm pumped for more costumes.
