Kinect Fun Labs revealed, features creepy Avatars

@Rubbishy Me Yes. It does take a picture of your shirt as I wasn't wearing one and it made my chest and stomach my avatars shirt.

Take a closer look at the Wii U's crazy controller

Jun 7th 2011 3:15PM (Joystiq)
@ColorblindMonk I Wrote of the Wii less than three hours after it was unveiled too and that was a good decision in my opinion. I have played my brothers Wii and hated it. He and his wife haven't touched it in over a year. This controller has absolutely appeal to me whatsoever.

Plus the console itself looks like an original 360 took a huge shit.

On a side note, whoever made the comment about "would you rather have a $500 controller or a $70 one?" Neither. I am happy with the controller that came with me Xbox and the one that came with my PS3. I wouldn't buy any of the controllers out now new. Too expensive for a damn controller in my opinion. I buy used.

FindMakarov.com teasing Toronto group's 'Call of Duty-inspired' project [update]

Feb 27th 2011 3:08PM (Joystiq)
This is what I get from searching the WhoIs? database through godaddy.com. It initially says that the registrar cannot provide information at this time and offers a link to the Underlying Registry Data. Technically I would say that Tucows Inc. owns it as per this. Are they affiliated with Activision at all?

I think it will come out on the second Tuesday of next week. In all seriousness though, I think we are at least a year away. Next fall at the earliest.

Rumor: Vader DLC to darken SoulCalibur IV

Jul 26th 2008 12:59PM (Joystiq Xbox)
Actually, moron, DLC by nature is paying for content which is NOT on the disc already, hence the reason you have to DOWNLOAD content and have it saved to your box. All of which I'm perfectly fine with paying for. However, there is stuff that I refuse to pay for, like the Transformers game content which for 500msp UNLOCKS content already included on the disc. That is frigging lame.To have a good game that they add more stuff to is a big thumbs-up. To have a crappy game where they make you pay for stuff that's just frustrating to unlock, thumbs-down.
