Last week, I was walking past a salon that had closed for the night and thought I saw someone sitting inside with all the lights off. When I walked back and took a look I almost had a heart attach cause I saw a row of mannequin heads sitting on a counter. Ugh.

How about Creed eating chicken as he's exiting the bathroom? Brilliant.

"Mr. Templeton" performed by Michael Buble. Amazing.

Jack Black is hilarious but he's also a scene chewer. On show that's based its success on a strong ensemble cast, I'm a bit worried that Black's guest appearance might be the start of the Office's jump-the-shark era. I hope I'm wrong and just being overly-paranoid.

@Brian, I'm not positive about this but I think the season premiere actually only spanned part of the "summer". I think the weight-loss challenge was for 12 weeks, which is three months. Hopefully Pam comes back in the next few episodes but I have a feeling the writers want to stretch the storyline of her staying in New York.

The reason I think this will happen is that it's an ironic twist that Jim gave up the great job in New York for Pam but now Pam is in New York and will want to stay.

Here's a thought, do you think the spin-off show could be about Pam and Jim living and working in New York? I actually would like to see the show do that but I would miss the Micheal/Jim and Dwight/Jim dynamics.

Wow, I think I'm a bit too obsessed with this show.

Your criticism about the documentary team reminds me of something else that's been in the back of my mind about the show.

If "The Office" is supposed to be this "real" documentary, how could something like the original Angela and Dwight relationship have been kept under wraps from the rest of the office staff (besides Jim/Pam) for so long?

I guess the point is that we have to suspend our belief. A minor critical point in an otherwise flawless t.v. show...
