If it's like the portable Genesis they make, then yes, the SD card does allow for loading your own roms. I'm more interested in the GameGadget device mentioned in the press release. It claims to play over 100,000 classic titles across multiple platforms. Sounds like a portable multi-platform emulator device.

Game is just trying to get out while they can still make some money on the sale. They see the writing on the wall. Digital distribution will be the end of video game stores. The 2010's for video game stores will be what the 90's were for music stores and the 2000's were for video rental stores.
