Does QA still exists? because it seems that this gen. every game that comes out has to be patched on day one. Ever since the ability to patch games has been available games come out worse and worse.

Why to sue? because Sony created a precedent by removing an included feature from an existing product. Whether Otheros is a useful feature or not, is not the issue here. And neither is the fact that the ps3 slim doesn't have that feature because the ps3 slim was advertised as not having that feature before it was sold, so it was never included and slim users didn't pay for that feature. About the security concerns, those were never specified.

I don't think these guys will win in the court against Sony, but it will send a message to Sony that gamers are not willing to get stepped on. That's only my opinion so feel free to disagree as long as it doesn't get personal.

Anyway, whatever happened to the "customer is always right" way of thinking.

Man I thought they've already patched the load times, but it seems not. Still this game is awesome.

I liked the video but I think I noticed something weird, the cars handling seems to be still like TDU 1 . I hope it was my imagination and they have polished the handling on the cars.
