@Walter: Sounds like you haven't been to Ground Kontrol on a Friday or Saturday nite. ;) Seriously - sometimes all of those factors come together, and it's pretty amazing. We've got the real arcade sounds playing outside our door, too...

Hey lokar82 - sorry the music was too loud. We find having DJs later at nite adds to the atmosphere in general, but certainly don't want the music to be uncomfortably loud. You can always let the staff know it's too loud and if they agree, they'll take care of it. It's typically going to be more "bumpin" on a Friday or Saturday nite, though.

During the day, as you may imagine, the music is much quieter/in the background and you can hear individual games more easily.

No matter when, though, the busier the place is and the more people are talking, laughing, etc. the games will just get drowned out.

Hope you can stop by Ground Kontrol again sometime! Glad the games were working well for you!
