I've been playing with for a bit now and though I've taken my time (mostly because of work) I've enjoyed it very much. As a die hard fan of the metroidvanias i found this game to be quite the awesome (yes just like that ;) the newly setup for common monsters being harder than the usual makes you smite cleverly through their weaknesses (at least until ye olde brute force kicks in). Excellent music very fresh and in tune with the time setting as well as the artwork done by Masaki that differs from Kojima's (though i like hers as well)

A great addition is the option to change the voice from English to Japanese, on the bad hand though i saw a lot of recycled sprites and sometimes the difficulty hinders the progress, I also wished i had seen more use to the microphone as well as the touch screen.

The overall finished product nevertheless is very appealing for both new and older fans, and while i agree that seeing something new would be sweet, so far i can't complain

while i haven´t been playing that long with my Lite i agree with softer corners as they print the edges on my hands, a finer stylus would be fine too, but what i´ve noticed on my end is that both the On/Off and Volume Swhich get a little loose after use, whenever i shook my ds it sounded too much for my liking.. finally i noticed that it was a little uncomfy to play with the headphones..the plug is way to the corner near my hand

both boxes are actually great, though i like ours better..but that's because Albus is in the cover and he's a gunsmith 8)

but it's really nice to see Konami picked up the same Style Kojima used to draw for them.. I was led to believe the older art was simplified to try and make a series or something after i saw the intro for DoS...

I wonder what kind of merchandise will be of this game?

man i'm hyped about this, after years i found me a copy of san andreas and i really love the game..knowing that the excitement is coming to handheld just makes the cherry on top.

I Really hope we get something nicer than just plain top down..not that is bad...lol maybe i'm too attached to san andreas after all

i got my very own ds not too long ago and while i was hoping to find a HORI hard case i moved down a step for a crystal one which i keep artsy with stickers 8) (sadly i gotta take it out when i wanna play G.H.O.T.) as for the rest i have lint-free drapes with water-alcohol..takes off those smudgy bastards and bacteria and my paint finish is never compromised
