Wow. I'm surprised at this review. I actually enjoyed conduit 2. The voicework wasnt so bad. The game looked nice. Multiplayer was fun. The story couldve been stronger. What I see is somebody who clearly just didnt like the game and found every reason to rip it apart.

Picked up Singularity and Peacewalker today. Both were a steal at those prices. 45 bucks in savings!

Theres nothing wrong with the graphics

Reviews are for the most part subject to a persons personal tastes, and if the reviewer feels the gameplay is unbalanced, or that the story doesn't "catch you" right away, I never really listen to those things. From one person to the next this may not be the case, as I've loved some games other people can't stand. All I care about is the stuff that isn't so much based on opinion, like if there's framerate issues, or graphical inconsistencies, or the details of the actual gameplay (i.e. Battle system, customization options, ect.). These are things that are what they are no matter who's playing and that's what ultimately matters most to me when reading a review. You pretty much know when you're interested in a game so you dont need a review for that. You need it to give you the facts, not some dudes opinion of why he loves it or cant stand it.

Okay fist off I doubt the likeness of Pipboy on some random pizza shop here in MA (where I live, by the way) is boosting their sales any, since I'm sure only videogamers are going to notice, and only then those who play Fallout. Secondly, was it that serious that Joystiq had to instigate and give Bethesda a call? Let them handle their own business. That's like the annoying kid in school who tells the teacher that you cut class. Mind your own business.

I liked the demo. Im sure the final game will be alot better anyhow after watching youtube video, like the car-top chase scene. I think I'd still get it cuz I didnt think Stranglehold was so bad, and it's a bonus to hear Eliza's voicework (love Dollhouse!)

That's exactly what I was thinking. Now that its pretty much common knowledge that the Tech behind Nintendo's Motion-plus isn't Nintendo-exclusive watch Sony grab that up, too!

These are the words of a man bitter of the fact that his company isn't in the lead anymore. Its childish, like a little kid who's best friend has a toy he's always wanted and he's like "I don't like that toy anymore anyways." It's jealousy. I bet sony will be jumping at Motion-plus technology since its not exclusive to nintendo. In the game industry Nintendo has done what everone has needed to a long time ago: innovate and reinvent. I own all three consoles and while the PS3 and 360 impress graphically it's all they do. With each new console it has become predictable that the most notable feature is more advanced graphics. Bravo to Nintendo for giving gamers something different and proving that gaming can advance beyond what we are seeing on our tv screens!
