You guys aren't reading. The prp's were only 60 dollars. and i didn't have to wait 2 weeks or a month to get a new one. And I am not exaggerating, they were all new and I have the receipts to prove it!

Well, iag25, it's simple. The prp was 60 bucks. The Ps3 was 600. You do the math...

I was a huge fan of the first x-box, (its still running) but had 2 ps2's crap out on me. I am no longer a 360 fan because I am on my 6th 360.(my second elite). All of these 360's caught a fatal case of RRoD.(which i thought was impossible on the elite). It's like Microsoft doesn't give a $hit that their systems are made from string and aluminum-foil.(and run on human suffering). My friend also had an elite (his 3rd 360), and died of the E74 after about 3 months.
Why the F*@$_# has Microsoft gotten away with this?!! They should have the holy bejesus sued out of them! The fail rate on these things is like 30% or something isn't it? Plus employees have spoken out saying that Microsoft was fully aware that they were cranking out $400 fire-starters! I don't have a PS3 and can't afford one, but I guarantee I WILL NOT BE BUYING THE NEXT $500 BRICK Microsoft puts out!!!!
(p.s.) all 6 of the 360's I've gone through were brand new from the store, not refurbished, because I bought prp's on all of them.
(p.p.s.) I look forward to being the proud owner of a brand new PS4 and taking a $hit on my 360 and shipping it to Bill Gates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not true, most ppl with any common sense just bought the rb2 game, cause they already had all the cheap plastic instruments from the last one. Unless they broke the cheap plastic drums... I mean seriously what genius decided to make the base petal (something thats purpose is to be repeatedly stomped the the hell out of) entirely of plastic?

I was simply trying to make the point that for todays standards, Boxing is a very limiting subject to base a game entirely on. Back in the day, punch out was the bomb! And could still be fun in a retro way. But if you were to take punch out and modernize the graphics and physics, you still won't have much of a game. If you add the manager aspect, you may as well set it on fire and pee on it(that terrible don king game). So for the "Boxing Game" to be viable in todays market, a lot of creative thinking and original concepts need to be infused into the genre. I think, on a level only Nintindo has been able to achieve so far. Because you're sure never going to be able to write a storyline for one.

TheNoid concedes the point that Tyson fights as dirty as a 12year old school-girl. Also TheNoid must confess that he rents and therefore has no dog, but he does be strappin a 9mm. An upgrade in armorments may be necessary in order to have a favorable outcome.

Boxing just isn't that great of a subject for games anymore. It's too limited. Why would you want a boxing game these days? We've got Halo3 and COD4, GTA4 and Forza2. Am I going to put any of these down for a boxing game? No way. They are going to have to totally re-invent boxing games before I buy one. That, or send Tyson to everyones house who pre-orders for a day to do with as they want. I wanna see if he can out bite my pit-bull!
