Talking about good music I hear...?

I played the demo on friday at gamescom and was impressed of two things: The indeed very nice graphics and the still totally messed up sword fighting. I did not notice any improvement by Wii Motion+. It sucks, period. Still a waggle fest, sorry to say that. Ab-so-lutely no 1:1.

But the guy from Ubisoft told me that they use E3 and gamescom to get some feedback, and this might be the reason they moved the release to Q1 2010. He even admitted that the sword play is not the best. One reason is that you control the camera by pointing with the wiimote and also hit your sword with it, without pressing a button. Therefore it would be hard to detect if you just want to look around quickly or if you want to attack. Hmmmm....I wonder what that has to do with the lack of 1:1, but anyway. Don't believe the trailer, guys. At least not at this point, maybe they improve it.

Consindering the low storage space of the Wii the vids HAVE to be streamed. Look at the BBC Player you can use via the Internet channel, it works fine in the UK (not HD style, but good enough).

OK . the 1 & 2 Buttons are pretty awkward when played in normal mode. But as they are not used very often (in SMG never, me thinks) it is not a big issue to me. But the d-pad on the wiimote should have been replaced by another analog stick. This is also the only complain I got concerning the DS. Man, I hate d-pads.
