I loves my Engadget. I try to ignore people who say that you guys can be biased... But it's pretty clear in this case. So I'll go out and say:

BIAS BIAS BIAS BIAS BIAS BIAS BIAS.

I thought it was a good move for real life products to be included in the movie. It made the premise that it was Earth in the future much more believable. I don't see it as a shameless product placement so much as a believable, tiny little detail. Surely a tech blog would believe phones would be integrated into cars at some point?
