For what it's worth, AT&T didn't change the pricing scheme specifically for the Vita, they did it with all of their data plans. 3GB is $30 across the board now for all new customers, whether that be on a smartphone, tablet, or a PSV.
If Capcom really though Mega Man was a key brand, they wouldn't kill self-admitted fan favorite sequels. What better way to take a huge dump on fans than cancelling a series revival? Let's just make Dead Rising 2: 3 and Street Fighter Who Gives A Shit Tournament Extreme Edition to wring just a little bit more from fans who haven't yet been disillusioned.
